Jailbreak (join r/jailbreak for help on it) and install Atria from Chariz repo. You should be able to edit your home screen layout now by tapping on the wallpaper 5 times.

My apps are invisible and I don’t know why in c/apple@hardware.watch

No, you need to free up space. My sister had this happen because there wasn't enough space.
