Not entirely correct. They did force the railroad workers back to work yes, but, Biden continued to work with them after the fact and got them the sick days and shit they were looking for

From what I understand, they had a debuff they had to maintain on the boss but also not overcap. That was removed and replaced with a generic damage buff to your next few attacks or some such.

Not a viper player myself so don’t have the specific names or anything.
