Honestly, it was the clickbaity title :)
But also it was a good reason to see the remake. I played a bit of AoM back in the day, but didn't really click with the Age games. I like RTS games though, mostly C&C and Warcraft. I loved Rise of Nations, which feels very similar to the Age games.
I don't play Age of Mythology but that was a fun and intense watch. Maybe a bit anticlimactic. Those Colossus units are brutal.

I just watched it. I played just a bit of the first game long ago.
It was okay. It looks good and is colorful, but not funny or interesting as much as I wanted it to be. I didn't really enjoy any of the characters that much. I kept wanting to watch Twisted Metal series again.

I agree, but maybe not that it's a love it or hate it film. I liked it. I really enjoyed the space shots, but the CGI of Ash was horrible and brought down the movie.
