On the old ender 3 you could put 90 degree brackets in the corner of the tower to stabilize it, which made big difference in reducing ringing, at least for the bottom 50mm or so.
But your version looks like you can't do that as they've widened the tower and stuck the uprights on the outside of the H frame. So I guess my advice is to find some way to stabilize the tower mechanically. Something like these angled rods maybe:

It's called a safety factor, you should be able to overload it by at LEAST 10% before it fails.
Isn't the shell process loaded into RAM? In fact the entire session is, wouldn't it be fine until you try to access a file somehow?
That's the neat part, you don't.
Security and convenience are opposites. You have to decide if you want a local-only manager that is more secure, a sync service like syncthing that you can set up yourself, or a third-party cloud app like LastPass (which has been compromised at least once that I know of).
Personally I just do all my email and banking on my desktop at home, and it's actually only inconvenienced me a few times over the years.
