Nah, it seems like a typo. But you are old, too.

Peace initiatives like what? What are your big ideas?

If you had $2 trillion to spend on peace, what would you do?

If you're going to come in here with that same take again, then I'm going to come back with the same response.

If even one single country invests in war while the whole rest of the world is investing in peace, there will still be war.

So I think you should develop your position a little further: what exactly do you mean by "investing in peace"? What specific actions should governments be taking, and how do those actions discourage other governments from war?

I only use freecad and it sucks. But it's not infested with corporate bullshit like cloud saves, so it's automatically better than fusion 360.

Fusion 360 is the middle ground. Beyond that you're looking at solidworks.

It is just a steep learning curve. Keep grinding. The thing about steep learning curves is that it's more rewarding when you make progress.

With an attitude like that you're sure to ~~become a victim~~ be down voted.

You know what uses three times the amount of water per acre? Corn. And almonds use about ten times more water than corn.

And we get food out of that input, unlike a golf course where you get nothing of value.

And people have only just started caring about lawns, that use two orders of magnitude more water, fertilizer, and land than golf courses.

Have you seen a golf course before? They're literally lawns.

What apps do you use to emulate Windows and DOS on Android? And what games? I guess any point and click game could work fine.

Addition is science.

Are we victims now for being down voted?

You know, there are some things you just have to deal with.

[–] Rodeo@lemmy.ca 2 points 2 years ago

Ok I see your point and I can concur. However I don't think my point counts as reductio ad absurdum, as it still stands on its own.
