Jeg synes at flæskestegfars smager af mindre, men jeg bruger det så også primært til retter hvor de andre ingredienser giver smagen, og ikke til at lave eksempelvis krebinetter.
Hvad jeg gør er at købe en masse flæskesteg når det er på tilbud. For ikke så lang tid siden, omkring påske, var der tilbud i lidl med flæskesteg til 30 kroner kiloet. Købte en del af dem for ingen andre var specielt interesseret, købte så en billig kødhakker i grydeguru.dk (cyklede selv derned da de er lokale), og så har jeg siden da hygget mig med at lave hakkekød herhjemme. Og flæskesvær.
Det siger vel sig selv at jeg smider flæskestegen i fryseren indtil et par dage før jeg skal hakke det.

I am actually referencing another thing I saw earlier this week on lemmy, where the shared article literally did that, tried to preface an explanation of just how big the gaming industry is, as if the readers, people with money that speculate on stocks etc. don't already know that there's gold in them thar gaming hills.
But you could be right, gaming has only been big for like 30-40 years since consoles, and in particular playstation blew up, maybe there's still 60+ year olds that don't know wtf is going on in the world.
