Nevermind the CO2 it'd take for the cement needed for new housing. You know, for Palestinian housing once Israel stop its genocide.

If I were the kind of guy that ate eggs regularly, I'd probably have tested whether poking some holes in the shell would avoid it exploding as violently as they tend to due to the buildup of pressure. I normally poke holes with a thumbtack when I boil them in a pot, but only one in each end. But yeah, maybe more than one hole in each end would be enough to alleviate the pressure, combined with setting the microwave to a lower wattage when cooking.

I read here that it firms up the egg whites, but not in the presence of the yolk, so I'm not certain what the point of the vinegar is either. The water could just be for helping the egg cook and not become too rubbery.

This felt more like a Fallout article than Mass Effect, and that's probably for the best. I'm still not certain Mass Effect can hold up to Fallout as it's a much more linear story. But maybe they'll surprise us.
And let's hope they cast Seth Green as someone, even if it's just an easter egg.

Even here in the heart of Europe, Denmark, there's not many that really care enough unless you run your own tracker. Back in the day with CD's and DVD's it was a lot worse though, because it's obviously easier to catch someone when there's physical media involved.

What the actual fuck. Straight up gang-land shit.

Mayor Emile Roger Lombertie called the rioters an "urban guerrilla" group. "They're organized, structured, there's a plan, weapons," he said. "This was not a spontaneous protest to complain about something. No pretext, nothing. It's about destroying things and showing the territory belongs to you," Lombertie added.

Unrest had erupted nearby, in Val de l'Aurence, on the night of July 14, France's national day. Lombertie said this "very poor neighbourhood, with young people from immigrant backgrounds" had become a "lawless zone."

I had a really hard time finding information about this, except for videos actually showing Skyrim running on Arm processors. I wonder how it's done. Is it emulation, translation layer like proton, or are there Arm specific compiled versions of certain games?
Ok sure, the screenshot is from /r/EmulationOnAndroid, but what's the software used then? Just curious.

EDIT: Ok, found the original post on reddit. Some comments suggested it could either be the Switch version using a Switch emulator, or it could Winlator or Mobox (archived for some reason?) which translates x86 into arm, then runs windows code via wine.

Yeah, Ubisoft almost went bankrupt not that long ago. It was only with a $1.3 billion dollar infusion by Tencent they survived. Leadership barely know that the point of the company is to make games.

Like knowing how to use the bucket/fill tool compared to drawing in the fields manually, I can totally see how getting some automation to do scaffolding, as he calls it, will speed up certain programming jobs.

Never mind the comments here on Lemmy, but you really need a hazmat suit to enter the comments on that article. Over 1400 of them, each somehow a different type of phobic. Living up to the nickname "TERF Island".

Or Ventoy, after installation it's just as easy as copying the ISO over to the USB stick.

But if all you know is recognize the "Internet icon" (as my parents called the browser haha), then it certainly seems challenging.
