I used to be one of those loser "dog person" guys who believed that BS about cats, because I grew up with a dog. Then I got into a relationship with a girl who had 2 cats. We now have 3 cats 😂 I love them so much, and they each show their affection in a different way, but they all love to cuddle or want to be close.

No, but men can't be victims of such things anyway, didn't you know? ^/s

You were doing great, until the last paragraph. Too bad.

Because people have been asking and craving for an actually good and fun new Pokémon game for yeaaars now, and Palworld delivered just that. It gives the people what they want.

People think it cool to hate on things that are popular, but this one makes perfect sense. It's popular because it does what Gamefreak has been refusing to do for decades now.

I'm LGBTQ...AND republican. Although that means something vastly different where I live, haha (I live in a kingdom).

I still have a PC copy of 2007(?) Sega Rally I can no longer play because the DRM software is no longer supported in Windows.

I clicked the last story and it made truly me sick to my stomach. I had to skip through the details halfway. I'm angry and sad, and I am once again confirmed in my belief that I will never, ever want to live in the US. There are so many of these stories, and for so long now, and yet nothing has changed. The country is morally bankrupt.

My point was: There's plenty of nerds who can be(come) just as corrupt or selfish as any politician. They also don't necessarily work harder.

I would like some more tech literacy in politics though.

Dude, wtf, no? I'm not even American.

I've just seen plenty of stories about nerds who seem like "good guys" only to see them turn out to be selfish assholes the moment they become successful and start making big money. Especially with tech start-ups.

Although I gotta say, I'd love more nerds in office. The way most (boomer) politicians talk about technology is cringe and often completely without understanding.

Was the personal attack necessary btw? Yeesh...

Bold of you to assume there's no socio- or psychopaths among nerds. Just look at the tech industry C-suite.
