Aus persönlicher Erfahrung: Das was der Bauprozess am wenigsten gebrauchen kann ist mehr Bürokratie. Der einfachste Teil war die Abbruchgenehmigung (die ich als Privatperson schon brauche).

Generell sollte man den ganzen Prozess mal auf Bundesebene vereinheitlichen und vor allem den Aufwand reduzieren den man treiben muss.

I'd say it is pretty useful, when you are playing casually. Easy for beginners, because of the survivability and fits almost every build. The downside is obviously that its far from optimal for any spec. You are not a good healer, have not that much boon umtime and your power/condi dps are not good.

Personally I would not build it, but wouldn't change stats if I get a piece for free.

Thanks for gathering the info. Morning seems likely, since it is the where they have the biggest manpower to monitor the start and come up with fixes for critical problems.

I don't think we have an exact time yet. My guess would be that they use the same time as with eod or on the regular patch time.

Die sollten wir beibehalten, ich denke das sorgt eher dafür, dass Brezeln unattraktiver werden.

Wieso warten bis etwas passiert? Den Alarm kann man doch auch gleich ausrufen, dann kann man sich am Ende damit brüsten wie wenig passiert ist oder erhält Bestätigung für die Vorraussicht ;)
