If you fully support trans rights, then you’ll know that policies like this discourage kids from coming out and leads to unsafe schools. If a kid tells their parents, then it doesn’t matter what a school does. If a kid doesn’t, however, that means it’s not safe to do so. And I can guarantee you that a school with this policy will call home as soon as a child tries to use a different name/pronoun. The point of this policy is to out trans kids and discourage trans folks from coming out in the first place.

Plus hosts. I haven’t seen an ad in many years.
Corporations acting all parentally “disappointed” because they were too cheap to properly code it isn’t okay.
Yep, looks legit.
A spokesperson for the supermarket said they were disappointed to see “a small minority have tried to use the tool inappropriately and not for its intended purpose”
Disappointed. Bloody hell. A company that’s too cheap to curate some actual recipes is “disappointed” because the tech they built is creating lethal recipes. I wonder what their liability is if someone tried and got hurt/sick.
Does it have a satisfying ending? Worth starting?
I had a student do that. Just a post-it note that said “Sorry for the damage :(“. It was a kid that I wouldn’t have expected to play a prank like that, too: very quiet and reserved.
With so many shortages, even adding two or three thousand new teachers into the system wouldn’t help — the entire system is burdened because there are so many shortages, and with more kids entering the system each year, the system will be chronically burdened unless something is done. “Something” being building new colleges specifically for teaching and churning out hundreds, if not thousands, of new teachers each year. The problem is nation-wide, not just in Quebec.
