No absolutly not, dells docking stations are the worst crap ever. We exclusivly have dell at work and these things are so super unreliable. Every time they do a software update something breaks. I had 3 seperate stations that stopped charging randomly and lost the video signal on random. My colleges dock started its fan up on 100 for no reason sometimes after one specific softeware update but no new version fixed that.

The one in your picture is fine, it cant charge and the usbc cable is a little short but it works for now. But id rather buy any other product than something from dell.

If the bearing is gone, that wont make it better. Best way would be dissasembly and then turning it to feel if it is bad.

Thats the great thing abput being a electrical engineer, people wont laugh at you but they will ask you to fix their house wirering. And once you just look at a pcb and casually tell them what the parts off it do you blow their mind.

Ja also wäre es doch besser, wenn diese firmen auch tatsächlich garantieren, dass die daten hier und nicht in den usa gespeichert werden weil es außenpolitisch für di3 usa doch schon einen unterschied macht ihre eigenen server zu hacken statt welche in der eu??

Außerdem hat das kleine mittelständige unternehmen in der eu entweder eigene infrastruktur die zumindest in der eu liegt oder nutzt eben Aws google oder microsoft Dienste, wenn diese großen player dann eben nicht nach denregeel spieöen sonder doch einfach daten in den usa speichern ist das eben ein problem. Hackt die nsa sich in einen us servwer ist das buisness as usual aber kommt raus, dass die sich in einen servernin der eu hacken ist das schnell ein richtiger Vorfall.

Hä? Microsoft ist keine durchschniitsfirma. Ja man kann zumindest erwarten, dass Firmen nicht aktiv einblick in Daten gewähren, der Fakt, dass microsoft mit all seinen mitteln nicht u ter eid sagt "ja der usa geheimdienst kann da nicht reinschauen" sagt schon recht viel aus. Es geht auch nicht immer um "gar nicht drann kommen" es reicht wenn das viel zeit und geld kostet. Aber das ist nicht der üu kt den ich gemacht habe, wer als it firma in den usa geschäfte machen qill kann bei genug markanteil davon ausgehen, dass der Staat eine hintertür haben will, deswegen kann man davon ausgehen, dass firmen die in den usa einen großen marktanteil haben den nicht so einfach hätten wenn die da nicht mitziehen.

Denkst du, dass microsoft die softwareinfrastruktur auf eu servern fundamental anders/sicherer aufbaut als in us servern? Windows selbst ist da schon ein problem wenn man bedenkt, dass linus Torvalds selbst schon angedeutet hat, dass die nsa eine backdoor haben wollte, bei open source ist das halt was anderes als bei closed source. Wenn microsoft also wirklich garantieren würde, dass es sowas wie backdoors oder datenaustausch zu us servern nicht gibt, hätten die das auch unter eid, haben sie aber nicht. Warum sollte man also nicht davon ausgehen, dass die usa auf unsere daten zugreifen kann? Microsoft will sicher nicht in den usa in die bredoullie kommen weil man den geheimdiensten den Zugriff verweigert.

Naja mit dreieinigkeit und so können wir uns streiten... bin in einer religiösen strömung aufgewachsen die das anders sah, deswegen weiß ich, dass es leute gibt die das anders sehen.

Jaja sag das mal allen katholiken die überall kruzifixe aufstellen. Es gibt keine andere christliche gruppe die so viele bilder von gott macht wie die. Auch das ding mit irgendwelchen heiligen dingen die "vereehrt" werden ist absolut inkonsistent mit dem was in der bibel steht.

He pretended like this would force studios to publish sourcecode and that they have to give up on drm. I am not shure if he or someone else said this but someone also pretendet like new laws would somehow retroactivly apply to all games and now sstudios would have to give up server code that propably has thrid party software in it that they dont have the right license to just release it.( this is also a point i read alot from comments everywwhere and its stupid.) First, anny new law will take a ton of time untill it iss written then passed and then goes into effect. If this law passes studios will know way in advanced that upcoming releases in the eu would be under this new law and therefore can take this into account when builsing their infrastructure for online play/drm like in case of the crew.

Also anyone who is active in piracy forums where devs work on stuffk ows that they dont need aourcecode to get it running. People will chow through assembly if they want to make a game work, some decompiled lego island over the course of a year to preserve it.

The good thing is taht the standard steam drm is so easy to break that all of the games that just rely on steam for drm can be cracked without much work at least for single player.
