Well, it’s less a Bears issue and more of a general Reddit user issue. I went on the Chiefs sub and it’s actually worse than I thought. Lot of whining and complaining. I literally saw posts about trading Mahomes for a huge haul that they can cash in I etc…point is, don’t get your hopes up.

This sub constantly is rightly whining about the D line and, if Poles didn’t get Sweat another team would have and he wouldn’t have gotten to free agency.
Couple that with there are no free agents at his level nor big edge rushers in the draft and the concern is, a year from now it would be difficult to find real improvement on the D line.
Of course this is about signing Sweat but they’ll be able to get it done and it’s the right move to bring him in.
Whatever man…be happy to complain based on nothing.
Claypool was a player Pittsburgh wanted to get rid of and the Bears had to believe they can turn him around. Sweat is a proven pass rusher who Washington wanted to keep.
Of course, it could not work out but you’re stretching here finding this subjective numbers to prove your point.
Bears would’ve lost either way but there was no denying the refs were crazy bad last night. The first play of the game, no idea how you call Mooney down it was obvious in realtime nobody touched him. There were 3-4 of that level of mistake.
Again, Bears lose anyway, but it was really bad
I wish the mods would ban every Fields vs Bagent discussion. This is so dumb.
- Bagent is a solid backup, he’s proven it.
- Fields is the starter and has to prove the Bears should pay him and not get another QB.
There is no reason for talking about this more.
I ENCOURAGE YOU TO ACTUALLY GO LISTEN to what he said in the press conference rather than tweets about what he said. This tweet absolutely misrepresents the chronology of what Eberflus says. You may still think he's an idiot but it DID NOT go down like this. Pretty disappointing that this is the level of reporting.
I don't know who Josh Schrock is but I will absolutely be disregarding his posts based off how he laid this out.
