If one instance of Kbin die for whatever reason, there is no way to retrieve users and posts from it ? in c/kbinMeta@kbin.social

Ok so if one Mastodon instance die, others instances will have everything from this instance ? And if a Lemmy instance dies, is that mean Mastodon instances will have the posts of this lemmy instance?

Why is kbin written in PHP? Any chance it'll change to... something else? in c/kbinMeta@kbin.social

PHP was bad. It's just that webdevs love to try new stuff, and PHP is an old man, so they kept this reputation in their mind.
