I was just a bit confused when the other comment always talked about "him".
Channels where the bulk of the work is done by one person are quite common on Youtube (Hbomberguy, Stephanie Sterling, ...), so I think that when a team or different writers are behind (mostly) one front-facing person, it's kind of important to remember that.
Just FYI: It's not only Codie (and Katy). They have a team of about 10 people.

The licencing they chose is a bit of a hack job, but I see the necessity. IMHO, it's clear that they want to advance the libre software world.
