NATO cares a lot more about Turkey, and by extension, Azerbaijan than they care about Armenia. Plus Azerbaijan has natural gas that the EU needs, and connecting an East-West corridor would allow pipelines and block land transit between Iran and Russia (via Armenia and Georgia).
This all means that NATO will feign outrage but they will quietly allow the Azeris to swallow up as much of Armenia as they want. Armenia gave up all its leverage and will now be fed to the wolves because America and the EU care a lot more about Turkey/Azeris.
Armenia will learn this mistake too late, much of their population already knows this is catastrophe for their future as a nation and people. However, rich western Armenian diaspora fund Pashinyan and his klepto cronies on their mission to surrender everything to the west.
