The assumption is that Joker is drawing the line at defamation and libel, but otherwise has no problem with the sexual nature of the AI deepfake. (and we find that stance to be disgusting)

Fair. Dessalines is someone I look up to a bunch, I've read a ton of their essays and theory work on github. If they have a bad take here, it will wreck me.

How tf after reading what happened do you come to the conclusion this is a conversation about laws? Other people on the post were discussing laws, Joker said shit like:

And then they made comments trying to say that it would somehow be impossible to differentiate medical photos from CSAM? Just a lot of really transparently weird stuff. That's more than just a difference in laws, he obviously doesn't think its wrong from a child porn standpoint.
