The (Ontario) cons are pro-getting international students paying exorbitant tuition fees to fund public colleges, allowing them to reduce public education funding without repercussions.

An insightful video on the subject (by CBC): https://youtu.be/eP02h50KIOA?si=H71z_8mAsl-I_Vbo

Are eggs and fish banned too? Or are allergies less severe in general?

There are exceptions to this, like Yale, Renaissance, Berkshire, and maybe Citadel. But most, even well-known funds, are run by incompetent people demanding extremely high fees, rendering any advantage they have over index funds essentially null (often even underperforming the market).

What's the advantage of using Bing chat over chatgpt? The premium version allows search, and you don't need to download a different browser to use it.

More people are also not able to afford eating out as often anymore, as rent and costs increase but salaries stagnate.

Interesting. I've used the office cloud and found it less pleasant than the desktop version. I guess for certain use cases (multiple people working on the same doc) it's better.

Do you use the cloud version?

I forgot people are paying for msft 365. 10$ per month is kinda crazy for software I use maybe occasionally (considering most of the functionality is already available with Google Docs, and OpenOffice gets the job done for offline usage).

Promising 3M high paying jobs outside of Seoul; sounds like a good way to increase political popularity, whether it succeeds (thanks to the government) or fails (because of the companies not willing to cooperate, at least the government did their best).

Probably a much needed distraction after the Itaewon crush caused by the poor police response and after they bullied an internationally famous actor into suicide.

What's the source for the 42000 claim?

Gas associations spending anti-renewable ads, while renewable energy organizations are spending on R&D and making it more accessible/reliable.
