Kamala Harris seems like an obvious replacement, but is she really popular enough? Might be because I'm European, but she was never on the news for anything here and I know next to nothing about her.

It has a small outer screen for notifications and the like. The newer models from the Flip 5 onwards have a full outer screen that can be used for pretty much everything though.

With the older Moto models, what stopped me from getting them was the hinge reportedly being much more fragile and prone to failure and the camera being even worse than the Flip's. The current models seem like quite a decent improvement though.

With the Flip, I'd say the size when flipped open is similar to many other smartphones on the larger side. However, I think that regular phones of that size are quite inconvenient though, so the draw for me is having that large screen size but being able to fold it to something much more compact that isn't annoying to carry around.

I use a Samsung Flip 4 since almost a year ago. It's pretty good, nice having a phone with a large screen that can easily fit in my pocket. Everything still works well, no problems with the hinge, but I've never dropped it or anything. As for negatives, the camera is meh (coming from a Pixel) and so is the battery life. Definitely needed my powerbank on my most recent vacation to the UK, where I used it a lot. I hope when it dies, there's something like a Pixel Flip that's durable and has good battery life. Otherwise not sure if I'll go for another flip phone.

Yes they can, that's how you get games like Hellblade 2. Short games often don't sell as well though, so devs are more likely to focus on content.

Depends on difficulty settings. As long as it isn't hardcore mode, less scared as I can just respawn when I die.

Technology is certainly improving and in many technical aspects, modern games are much more advanced than older ones (e.g. raytracing). Some aspects of graphical detail aren't really dependent on technology though, but on effort and skill. RDR2 is a great example of that, as the devs really went out of their way to add incredible detail to every part of the world and especially the animations. It must have been very time-consuming and prohibitively expensive to realize that level of detail. Even back then most devs didn't go through that kind of effort and now, with so many development studios getting closed or shrinking, most will take a much more economical approach to graphics. There are still some incredible examples of advanced graphics from recent years though, like Alan Wake 2.

As other people said, it's novelty. Being near-sighted, I get that effect in real-life when I get new glasses. Everything looks incredibly detailed and amazing for a couple days until I get used to it.

TBH, I feel like the Marvel hype has mostly died off at this point. A few years ago, pop culture was all about it and you couldn't avoid hearing about every new movie coming out. Now, I couldn't even tell you what the current Marvel movies are and nobody I know is talking about them. The biggest super hero franchise now seems to be "The Boys", which is pretty much a deconstruction of the whole idea of superheroes.
