Omg that ending, so silly. Was not expecting 4 randos to pop out.

Well you're in luck! Hoyas aren't highly toxic to cats, and depending how much your cats chomp down on your houseplants it's relatively safe to have one around. The ASPCA lists hoyas as non-toxic to dogs, cats, and horses.
Like everything, quantity matters. If your cat eats houseplants on the regular then it will most likely get some GI upset. I definitely wouldn't put it in the same league as lilies, which are highly toxic to cats.

Me too!
it's a mostly west facing window and gets super bright afternoon/evening light. It's been in that window all spring and summer and seems to like it fine :)
Update: So I may have gone postal... After doing some searching online a couple people mentioned insecticidal soap. Well, I happened to have some on-hand and figured screw it. Whatever lives, lives.
I'll leave them in there for a day and see if any plants survived (god I hope so...). Surfaces have all be sprayed with alcohol and all the substrate + nursery pots have been tossed, with the rest soaking in dishsoap.
Here's hoping I didnt just murder all my new babies. I didn't see a single mealy on any of them so no idea which plant(s) was the culprit.
That's fantastic news!
Thank you! Will you be adapting the app to support Piefed in the future?
Love pings, I just got a bunch last week! Looking forward to your update post :)
The guy was just asking for a small courtesy, but ok.
But not everyone knows which country FTC regulates.
Yeah a bit like jasmine, not too overpowering thankfully!
So pretty! 😍
