Exactly, and maybe spend a couple hundred for a Japanese replica and all the functions might work.

Or buy a replica, for a very small fraction of the price and see if anyone ever knows the difference.

I have a $350 Japanese made replica of a Patek Philippe Grand Complication, everything works on it. To me it is indistinguishable from the real thing and didn't cost me $300,000

We wanted kids, tried to have kids, but things never seemed to work out. So I went to see my doctor and they ran some tests. First test we found I had no sperm, so they did more tests, turns out I barely have any testosterone at all, but absolutely tons of estrogen. More tests, this time a genetic one. Turns out I have kleinfelter syndrome, which if caught early enough there are things that can be done. But at my age that boat has long since sailed.

It's been an interesting couple of years. I started TRT injections at the beginning of the year. And my life has taken a complete 180, turns out you really need testosterone for alot of things. And your body reacts kinda funny without it.

Adoption seems our only choice, but she doesn't want a kid if it's not hers. So... Yea

Not true, we hate parts of America. I see nothing wrong with the image. Those states are ones I actually like to visit. Hell in the beforetiimes there was never really a border between Vermont and Quebec. Whole towns were split between the borders, and people could walk across the border for a pizza across the street.

Tariffs.

We're connected to the US in so many ways that the tariffs scared the shit out of everyone provincially and federally.

Everyone's doing damage control so they don't piss off the orange oompa-loompa.

My wife is Chinese, and I very clearly didn't know anything about her culture because REAL Chinese food is... not what I expected, and very shortly after the wedding I took over cooking. But before taking over I had this same conversation so so many times.

The first family get together with her side of the family was at a Chinese banquet hall, the tables have giant lazy susan's in the middle and they serve a 12 course meal. Almost every main was served with its head, sometimes multiple heads. You don't mind the lobster so much but when you have to look the chicken in the eye it's rather different.

She now has me make her favorite dishes, the main one being "pork bone soup" which at least in her family version contains quite a lot of chickens feet. That really took me a long time to get used to.

The package for couples is 25. I save a dollar.

When I had my S9 normal bipap I used to use Sleepyhead and also the official Resmed software that only the DME's had access to, to modify my settings. Once I had my machine I never went back for follow-up appointments, I managed things myself. When I got my new machine, I had my sleep doctor specify an Auto machine because I wanted to fiddle with things less. I knew what pressures worked best for me, but I wanted a machine that would increase the pressure if needed.

My pressure is already high enough that there's only a couple masks that I can clamp down to my face enough to go leak free. For the past 8 years I've used a Resmed Mirage Quattro and I keep a supply of new headgear handy for when I eventually wear them out.

Sucks I had to get to 40 before doctors figured out what was wrong with me. I've lost more weight this year then in my whole life combined including the year I got put on Ozempic. But still I have days where my AHI is through the roof. So many things are getting better for me health wise but I still have so many sleep issues.
