Do you know what RCS all provides? because it provides a LOT of great features. I mean the biggest one is 105MB file sizes. I guess you can stick with your carrier limited MMS, which is usually set to 300KB. Or maybe you can pay for Discord Nitro to send more than 8MB files? How about Snapchat which is limited to 60 seconds video files? Perhaps Telegram, that limits your upload speed to a snail pace unless you buy Telegram Premium?

Best thing about RCS is when random strangers text me, or friends friends, our conversations are E2EE because RCS isn't something you need to download.

but ya, the only person I text who is on iPhone is my "influencer" sister. Everyone else uses Android, and I can use RCS.

That's cheap. In Canada, my power bill in the summer is $400 CAD per month and over $600 CAD per month in the winter.

That's not the same, because fuel stations exist. You're expected to refuel at a fuel station, which can also be done nearly instantly. You do not leave your car.
An electric car is expected to be charged at home. You can charge them at work, or during a pit stop, but you CANNOT leave them at public charging places, and public charging varies a ton depending on location.
If there was a close by public charge station with overnight charging, sure, but there's not, and it's unreasonable for someone to expect a visitor to come and not recharge their car.
Are they supposed to wake up in the morning, drive to a public charger, and then sit there for 2 hours in the morning? No. No one does that. They drive home and charge over night if they're able to make it home.
That's so weird. What countries do that? Even with the AC cranked and the windows open, airbnb hosts are still profiting a shit ton at the end of the stay.
I would refuse to stay at a place that records my usage. I mean doesn't it cost like 15 dollars to charge a Tesla from dead to full? I'm sure they could find a way to spare that money in their $300 per night stay lol.
Plus it's not like it's an every day occurrence. Seems insane to me. The guests that use a bit more will get balanced out by the guests that basically use none. Whenever I used an airbnb, it's been strictly for sleeping. I pretty much use no lights, and go straight to bed.

I pay for everything but movies and TV shows. Last time I bought TV shows, the service went under and I lost it all. Seasons and seasons and seasons gone. It's not 1982, I shouldn't have to deal with freaking discs.
So the only reliable thing is my Emby server. One tap from playing it on any device in the house.
And I don't have a blu ray drive in my PC, my case doesn't even support one (again, is it 1982???) so buying and ripping my own discs is out of the picture.
Buying movies and TV shows gives you the worst experience and punishes you. Not to mention almost every damn show these days are cancelled, and I don't think I've seen a movie with a satisfactory ending in like a decade.
