My smart watch actually annoyed me, and I went back to the Mi band.

It's the perfect balance. I get the time; heart, spo2, and sleep tracking; good battery life; notification viewing; phone call viewing..

It's like a debloated smart watch, and it's perfect.

That's Falsters fault. Ticwatch is the same. They need to update to wearOS 3, and they aren't. Don't blame Google because your watch manufacturer is garbage.

You joke, but wouldn't surprise me if Reddit tracks you to see if you visit Lemmy. Just like Facebook that tracks your every move on the internet, even if you've never visited the website or ever had an account.

Android literally came out with a universal air tag system. Works the same as air tags, but you can go with any brand you want.

Plus the fact there's more Android devices out there, it's more useful.

And they backported the tracking feature in Google services, so old devices that don't get updates anymore will be able to use the new system.

Wish it was. The Linux community shitting on Windows is worse.

I can't remember the button combo, but there's a way to use the power and volume buttons to switch between silent and back. I used to hit it all the time by accident.

Damn, someone who actually gives GUI instructions and doesn't yell at the person? Keep it up. The Linux community needs people like you.

I'm a straight biological male and love rainbows. Colours are pretty! Not sure why anyone would get upset about rainbows. You know, the NATURALLY occurring thing?

You just proved why it's a stupid idea to not switch to type C on the iPhone.

Their mac and iPads already switched years ago. Now Apple users needed to carry a second charger just for their iPhone if they wanted to charge it. What a ridiculous thing. They should've switched to type C all at once.

Not to mention pretty much every single tech product for nearly the last decade comes with type C. So I'm sure Apple users have a handful of cables already.

Nintendo switch, GoPros, battery banks, Android phones, headphones.. pretty much everything.

Duh?

Waste water has shown that COVID is higher than it's ever been before. I think the numbers were 1 in 35 people have COVID. Probably more now..

This is what happens when you stop masking up because you're "sick of it". Enjoy.

Almost like raising the monthly price immediately after shipping preorder units, then shortly after introducing a 1TB limit, and then going off the fucking rails on Twitter, doesn't really inspire confidence.

Not to mention my parents went from 250mbps down and 100mbps up to 5mbps down and 2mbps up after a couple months. Their signal also drops a good 10-15 times per day. Starlink support doesn't care.

They're going back to their old ISP. They get slightly better speeds for less money, it's unlimited, and has a 99.99% uptime. Starlink is a joke.

Makes sense. I've watched homeless people bathe in them (using the water dispenser), I've seen people take 8+ refills, I've watched people bring in their own buckets from outside and refill them.

I don't make excuses for shitty corporations, but humans are unhinged these days, and ruin shit for everyone else.
