I was asked why I can't switch to Linux, so I replied listing the software I require Windows for, and then was called a fanboy and downvoted heavily..
Ok and I'll just crack it like I do with every other windows version.
Once I paid $250 for Windows pro and a month later my licence key stopped working, and Microsoft didn't do shit.
I even bought it directly from them!
Never paid money for Windows since.
Should've always been this way.
Sometimes iPhones get multiple updates per WEEK, and with Pixel you needed to wait a month until the next update.
Back on my Pixel 3 and 4, taking a video had a weird clicking noise. They fixed it, but I had to wait until the next month for their scheduled update. Worst part is that they already confirmed it was fixed right after launch, but delayed the update to the first Monday of the next month.
I mean at least Pixel gets consistent updates, but bro, I wouldn't mind 2-5 per month if it meant bugs get fixed faster.
This is obviously less of an issue as the phone matures, but first impressions are so important, and it's wild to keep your newly launched phone broken to fit within a schedule.

I use DDG exclusively now, but I will say, despite the downvotes from these annoying ass FOSS users, DDG is worse.
If I am having some very specific issue with my computer, I will be page 5 on DDG without an answer, but Google will have one page 1.
Also Google Images is light years ahead DDG.
It took a long time to adjust to DDG, but now I am fine with it.
All browsers make it easy. In fact, Chrome on Android is quicker.
Settings > Search Engine > and select which one you want.
Currently you can pick between;
- Yahoo
- Bing
- DuckDuckGo
- Ecosia
That's not the point at all.
The conservatives in Canada are switching people to a biosimilar insulin to save money. They save $2 per pen. The kicker? A vast majority of people are noticing that the biosimilar doesn't work as good, and they need 2-3x more units to get the same effect.
Now I'm no mathematician, but there goes your $2 savings when someone is using 2-3x more pens than they were.
Meanwhile all conservatives want to privatize healthcare because they think Americans walk in, pay $100, and get seen within 5 minutes.
I try to tell them that they have the same wait times and pay thousands. At least in Canada we don't leave the ER with a bill. They don't listen, though.
