Can these people sue for malicious prosecution and civil rights violations?
They're not mutually exclusive, but cars are much more dangerous than guns. Car violence needs to be addressed before gun violence.

Attempting to usurp the authority of a judge should absolutely be grounds for the ICE agents qualified immunity to be quashed, and this arrest is clearly retaliation for not allowing the ICE arrest team to violate due process.

I personally started riding a rad bike (Rad Rover 2018) and that bike is still going strong 7 years later on its original battery.
