I believe you, but I've never seen a Fred Meyer that didn't sell Diesel. In the areas I've lived in the United States though, any fuel station without diesel would be a novelty

If you do decide to add a GPU later, you may want to consider upgrading the power supply at the same time. The rule of thumb I use is that the power supply should supply double the power that the machine is supposed to consume (Which you've already done here for the current build)
Consumers are not going to wait months/years for the real value of their money to increase. They want their gender affirming pickup trucks now.
