It demonstrates a lower level of gun safety around minors. It's awful if they can gain unsupervised possession of the weapon, it's even worse if they can get the ammo too. The fact it's a stolen gun is just the cherry on top here.

I installed from one flash drive with the image (on ventoy) to another flash drive that was plugged in to be the boot drive. On a cheap USB2 drive, it's unusably slow - so make sure you use the fastest drive you can

His credit card was a fraud, his last festival was a fraud, he has been convicted of fraud.

You would have to be a world class dumbass to fall for this

Every time someone claps to their own words, their intent is to antagonize instead of communicate a point

The driver deserves criminal punishment in addition to the punishment of ignoring physics.

The driver suffered minor injuries but was able to exit the vehicle on his own. Luckily, no one else was hurt, considering the area is popular with swimmers and kayakers.

So when is the driver getting charged for vandalism and littering?

Can you source this? I tried looking it up, and I found this

https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/newyorkcity/latest/NYCadmin/0-0-0-209188

and

https://portal.311.nyc.gov/article/?kanumber=KA-01102

Which seem more concerned about how far away you can hear a vehicle from, rather than a specified decibel rating (But maybe that's just a simpler way to measure decibel?)

According to city violation data aggregated by the popular website How’s My Driving NY, Aquilino did receive two tickets on that same day in the West Village for blowing through a red light and speeding in a school zone.

Supercars should be on racetracks, where they were designed for, instead of public roads. And Aquilino definitely should not be driving them on public roads.

It's pretty stupid that the law went after modifications, instead of just saying noise above x decibels is the issue.

I did that to the local police chief and gave examples when they have acted fascist to me.

They sent “mental health professionals” to interview me. Because one must have mental health problems to see police as fascist ?

And now you know why red flag laws are a bad idea
