"The city of Chicago is openly proclaiming itself as a bike-friendly city. Is that an indication of the city's intent?" Justice Liz Rochford asked a lawyer for the city.

"No, your honor," replied Stephen Collins, Chicago's assistant corporation counsel.

Any lie necessary to avoid reasonable infrastructure. Especially with bicycles banned on the sidewalk.
Stop stealing all the taxpayer money, and provide the bare fucking minimums.

Hey, I resemble that remark!

This is super strange. Has it been like this their entire life?

You clearly care a lot, about this so just throwing out ideas:

Have you tried using a dog bowl? Offering food outside/on a walk? Maybe eating a bit of the food yourself in front of your dog?

Game is really hard for new players, consider changing the challenge level from hard to easy as your default.

"The ‘damaged’ vessels were eventually confirmed to be the Ropucha-class tank landing ship Minsk, while the submarine was B-237 Rostov-on-Don, one of Russia’s newest Project 636.3 Improved Kilo diesel-electric attack submarines commissioned on December 30, 2014."

I guess I'm the one who printed all the money since 2020.

Why?

I see the more realistic probability of the car picking up and then dropping off a passenger, and then picking up another. I don't think customers would be happy if the car they were riding made their trip longer in order to force them to share the car.

Literally nobody would know who she is without this relationship. She isn't funny, and wouldn't get a deal with anyone if Chuck wasn't pulling strings.

In what way do you think his anonymity influences his credibility?

Would you mind taking pictures and talking about your process? I would be interested in seeing this project and the choices you make for it

https://mpdc.dc.gov/firearms

It looks to me like DC still goes out of its way to make even buying a weapon a pain in the ass:

Application for Firearms Registration Certificate (PD-219)
Firearms Registration Application Statement of Eligibility
Firearms Certificate Information Update Form (Please complete this form and submit it to the Firearms Registration Branch via email at firearms.adminbox@dc.gov)
Fingerprint Fee Notice and Worksheet
Firearm Application Addendum-Used Firearm Explanation
Take Online Firearms Safety Training Course (30 Minutes) and bring certificate to initial visit Copy of your Government Issued Identification, i.e., Driver’s License, Military ID (original will be verified again in person)

I guess ATF-4473 doesn't do enough tracking/registering for their liking.

And that's before you go beg the cops to be allowed to legally carry a weapon to defend yourself.
