Hochhaus nicht gut weil viel teurer zu bauen und zu versorgen. Reihenhaus gut weil billig und kommt in Herden. Reihenhaus super effizient.

Z.b. wird dämmung viel einfacher, wenn man nicht nach links und rechts dämmen muss. Man verteilt Verkehr und Parkraum viel besser usw. Ein befreundeter Stadtplaner hat mir auch erzählt, dass Platz nicht so das problem ist.

Putting boiling water in the freezer is so useful, like you can cook it once and freeze it, then get it out when you need it and just reheat it a little.

English with Japanese accent is really funny IMO. Until you start learning Japanese that is, and a lot of words are imported from English... badly. I'm not a native English speaker but my English understanding is pretty good, and even so, katakana English can be very hard to understand without and even with transcripts.
