It is true. You will have your listing removed if you try to list something as an emissions defeat device. If you try a second time then your account will be banned.
I listed a carb exempt factory performance ecu made by the vehicle manufacturer and it was removed for going against the tos.
Although they do allow universal ecus like mega squirt. I could see performance programmers sneaking through if they avoid specific language. eBay can't know the specifics of every single item that gets listed.
Disagreement with Israel doesn't make one an "antisemite." I think Israel needs to read "the boy who cried wolf."
TBH, I don't see what's do great about Israel anyway. It just looks like a hot desert area with rocks everywhere.
Land shouldn't be owned indefinitely and passed through families. It's not right to have created a dynasty based on one guy in the 1800s claiming everything in sight and having his idiot descendents be wealthy simply based on the fact. They didn't do anything except inherent land.
Land that isn't your primary home should have to be leased and not owned, that way it's being used most effectively and not privatized for the sole benefit of the owner. It leads to land speculation and squatting of land that someone else would like to use.
Additionally, natural resources should also belong to the people and companies should have to pay fair compensation for their extraction.
I'm pretty sure that the programming "fix" is pretty easy to bypass as well.
They have a recall to reprogram the car so that if you lock the car with the key fob then it will not start.
However I believe you can program a key fob if you turn the ignition on and follow a sequence of button pushing.
You could simply buy a cheap fob online and break the ignition lock and program the new fob, then you can unlock the car and start it.
Ps there's other cars out there that don't have immobilizers and would be much more dangerous than a Hyundai or Kia.
You can buy a cheap set of keys that will start any construction equipment if you want to. Let's make that a TikTok challenge.

I used rif and I took the approach of blocking subs and using the front page rather than subscribing to specific subs. I don't think the algorithm worked through that app since it relied on the developers API key to load content.
I would get a lot of niche content showing up without a lot of the annoying subs spam.
Google+ did the same thing when it rolled out, then they tried to force people to use it before they cancelled the project.
Are responsibilities being spread fairly or are older employees dumping the shitty work onto younger employees? Does the workplace unfairly reward employees based on how long they've worked there? I've worked in those environments and it sucks.
People who intentionally yell when they sneeze can fuck off.
