My parents had an '88 Marquis that had cigarette lighters in the back doors. On a road trip as a kid, I learned how quickly those lighters heat up: pretty fast. Don't test it yourself.

There is an old tree stump nearby, so it's possible it was growing on a piece from that.

 

They were found in Michigan a couple weeks ago.

Another reason: I tend to perspire in my sleep. And if I were to make my bed in the morning and cover up the sweaty sheets, that's a recipe for a real bad time when I go back to bed.
Gross as it may be, that's the life of a sweaty sleeper.

We need to revive other mega fauna first, otherwise they'll just eat us as the next best choice. Big predators require big prey.
