I mentioned the other day that I knew one of the boys that was murdered in Sydney. It was Luke Davies.

I had only known him for a couple of years, since his cabin crew training here in Melbourne, so I am not close enough to his friends or family to really be connected to their community in mourning.

But in my own way I just want the universe to know that each and every word about how he was a beautiful soul are true.

This is a fate that I am still failing to comprehend. My heart aches for his family and close friends. I will dearly miss him.

Just one more big bear hug would have been nice, hey fella?

NSW Police have so far been unable to locate the bodies of Luke and Jesse.

Clearly, the alleged murder is either staying silent or denying either his involvement or knowledge of their location.

It is a depraved enough act to commit murder, but to prolong the suffering of friends and family really makes it that much worse.

I know one of those blokes that has gone missing in Sydney... It is not looking good for them at all. :(
