Me too! Though the time zone difference definitely sucks for watching live.
Two on my shit list today:
- Yellowstone alarmists/conspiracy theorists. There was a small hydrothermal explosion which is not a sign of imminent eruption.
- People being weird about Breaking (aka breakdancing) being in the Olympics. How different is it, in principle, to rhythmic gymnastics, artistic swimming, figure skating etc.? In fact, it's literally more directly competitive -- it's a 1:1 dance-off!

A low HRV is usually an indication of illness, back when I was tracking it I could tell when I was on certain medications by looking at the graph. Not 100% sure how scientifically robust it is but interesting to follow along for sure.

When you ask for an ETA (estimated time of arrival) and they say, "I'll let you know when I leave my place," "30 minutes" or "I'll let you know when I'm at x location on the way". All wrong answers.
The correct answer is "I should get there at 10.30 but I'll let you know if anything changes".
