The L and N are for Live and Neutral - the 240V end. The small black chip is a bridge rectifier with its big brown capacitor.
Palmer just plays with politics โ to the tune of over $250 million so far โ as a hobby, a bit of fun. He has said his wife allows him the hobby! He'll get bored and try again; not to win, just to have fun.
Who gets to define "genuine"? Don't get me wrong, this sounds good, but money and fossil fuels have been bedmates for a very long time.
