I thought this was common knowledge. Stress free long life. Accept bad shit happens and do your best to not be a shit cunt. Surround yourself with half decent people and don't waste your time with those that aren't good people

I was writing a big long rant. Tldr stuff american "health"care companies, and their bribers/lobbyists
I thought peoples big problem with it was not wanting to give others their number to use signal? Like I meet Joe Blog online and don't want to give him my real number to chat.
Less people worried that signal had their number?
It does but it is plus email addresses. So any half smart spammer will just remove anything in between the + and the @ With proton it is an entirely unique email address that cannot easily be tracked back to your email.
I find unless you use the proton password manager the alias feature is too hard to manage from mobile anyway.
Maybe I'll convert from my current manager to it, but I do like the idea of alias emails.
Unasked for advice, just be careful drinking coffee too late in the afternoon that it doesn't turn into a habbit. It can drastically the amount of deep sleep you get at night, making you tired the next day, wanting my coffee, then repeat while slowly upping the amount of coffee.
Otherwise hot drinks seem to be soothing for a large number of people
Or the upper class spend that money on building bigger walls.

Tangentially Speaking by Chris Ryan.
He interviews interesting people, some famous, most not. The latest episode was with a guy he happened to meet at a party and thought he had an interesting story.
As the name implies he is very happy to go off on tangents, so the episodes can end up in topics you never would have guessed from the guest description.
Word of warning he does tend to talk for about 30 minutes at the start of every episode. I personally enjoy it but I know others who it annoys.
I feel him selling out turned me off ever wanting to watch it. He didn't need the money, he was already super well off. So he just showed that he didn't value his listeners, he knew he would lose some but didn't care.
Compared to my favorite podcast that offers people to email him if they can't afford the paid stuff because he just wants people to be able to listen.
Happy to learn what illegal content is on display and discussed about here?
Does that mean he goes to jail now? Some consequence for there action, or do they get some bad press and a slap on the wrist?
