To anyone that doesn't believe in ghosts, which I assume is most people, it's not really relevant? Like, obviously if there's any "questionable" stains on the wall or something still I wouldn't be on board, but as long as the house was properly renovated afterwards I don't see an issue.

Definitely not perfect, but besides for a brief hiatus the dev is still pushing out updates and actively listening to the community for feedback. 90% of the issues I've had have been resolved at this point.
Just be patient. Idk about FF, but Spider-Man 2 is definitely coming to PC. Hell, there's already a leaked mostly playable version of the game available if you don't mind sailing the high seas and don't mind that it's like 200gb(it's like a dev build, lots of uncompressed stuff and extra files that would be removed from the release version).

I'm still gonna hold my grudge against my middle school art teacher. If we were painting an oak tree for example, she'd get pissed if you decided to add, say, an apple hanging off a branch. "It's an oak tree, not an apple tree!". Like I give a fuck, it's my painting and I wanted an apple there, fuck off.
She also essentially called our entire class lazy and talentless once because none of us got selected as finalists for an art competition she signed us up for.
As someone who still semi-frequents reddit, it's mostly bots, more and more of which are clearly using some form of ChatGPT or another LLM. It's actually kinda absurd, I've seen many a comment chains where it's just different bots replying to each other, both pretending to be real people.
