Important thing to remember: this truck is just concepts and mock-ups. It does not exist yet. The "demo" truck that some reviewers have seen did not have a motor.

Don't get too excited for something that isn't real yet.

If gaming is your priority, I found Bazzite pretty easy to set up and run. It's got most of the gaming stuff (Proton and Steam) built-in, and makes it dead simple to get games running. Very similar experience to my Steam Deck, and if you were able to install Mint and Kubuntu then you'll be able to install Bazzite.

Protip for anyone unfamiliar: Mullvad really is the gold standard for a private VPN. If you just want to pirate shit and not get angry letters from your ISP, Nord or PIA will accomplish that. But if you REALLY want privacy, Mullvad is it.

"Medical professionals ignore insane podcaster with brain worm."

We live in a depressing time when this headline surprises and delights me.

A bunch of sites that have seen a noticeable downturn in quality since being acquired by Valnet. XDA and Android Police have really gone to shit lately. GameRant and Collider too. The Valnet guys founded Brazzers, if that gives you any idea of how shady they are.

RIP Polygon.

Don't tell him that he can't do something. Let him figure it out on his own.

I think the author missed the mark here by talking about game preservation, as many are already pointing out in these comments.

The real benefit of buying a physical disc/cartridge copy of a game nowadays is the ability to resell it when you're done playing. That's actually a huge boon if you buy a lot of newly released games at full price, and play on consoles where sales are less common than PC. Reselling games can save you a LOT of money over time.

  1. If you're connecting to random free Wi-Fi, you're leaving yourself wide open to attacks.
  2. A lot of security researchers play with penetration testing scenarios like this. It's how you learn to defend against techniques that real attackers use.

Because trans people are different, and they're afraid of different people. So they make assumptions that those people are somehow dangerous. Racism, xenophobia, transphobia; it's all the same stupid mentality.
