Watched a video the other day of a person going about their day-to-day in Moscow. They ordered some food at a cafeteria and when the cashier realized they didn't speak Russian, they excitedly switched over to Mandarin. The cashier was a young woman, too. You can definitely see which way the winds are blowing outside of the west.
