This guy (and plenty of other Republican assholes like him) is saying that only "productive" members of society deserve to live a healthy life while producing nothing but misery for most of the people they were elected to represent and are supposed to be helping. They are the true "welfare queens." They live off of taxpayer money and contribute nothing to taxpayers.
