Clearing cache and data, as suggested above, solved it. Did not tried with brave, but Opera, Firefox and Vivaldi were free if that issue.

Chrome keeps reloading anytime I open it, it enters in a loop and emit reloads quicker every time. It does not matter the website, static or dynamic pages have the same issue. I made a video of it:

My phone is a Pixel 4a, Android 13 with August patch (the latest one for this phone), Chrome is the latest version available.
