Wieso damals? Die Kohlehändler reden genauso noch heute, die verkaufen halt nur nicht mehr an dich als Privatperson sondern an Stromerzeuger. Also klingt das aus deiner Perspektive etwas anderes und ist weiter weg.

Das ist eigentlich der wichtige Punkt: E-Fuels sind energetisch gesehen Schwachsinn. Die haben nur in wenigen Spezialfällen einen Sinn (einiges an Luftverkehr kommt z.B. in den Sinn, aber selbst da ist noch offen, ob andere Lösungen nicht eher und preiswerter Marktreife erlangen als irgendwas mit E-Fuels Fahrt aufnimmt).
Ist halt nur traurig, dass die EU hier jetzt auf Umwegen den Leuten verbieten muss, einem offensichtlich schwachsinnigen Irrweg zu folgen, nur weil Typen wie Wissing, die ihr Gehirn gegen eine Sammlung von Lobbyisten Buzzwords getauscht haben, zwanghaft versuchen, den Mist als machbare Lösung durchzuprügeln.

Wisent1 is a commercially produced upgrade for Leopard-1 engineering variants. Many countries kept the Leopard-1 engineering versions even when they changed to Leopard-2s as MBTs. But at some point these Leopard-2s got too heavy to handle...
Enter FFG Flensburg with a privately developed upgrade kit (the main buyer so far was Denmark), that improves the armor on these older Leopard-1 variants, improves their power to be able to recover heavier Leopard-2s again and also comes with a bit of modularity for either classical tank recovery vehicle or more specialised de-mining or excavator (all three variants shown at the bottom of the linked page).
PS: The same company already developed a Wisent2 (upgrade for the Leopard-2-based engineering variants) but as those vehicles still perform adequately, the interest is low... for now.
Maybe... but even then there are competent ones not getting caught and those so clearly running only on populism that it's not even surprising when they screw up... again.

That's page one of the populist's handbook. The main goal is only to find the statements with enough support so you can move the public discourse and the limits of what you can publically say further to extremes.

But it isn't about the arrest. Of course it was justified in general. It is about arresting him in front of the class for show, when that isn't matching the usual procedures in such a case.
Und aus praktischen Gründen (Kosten, Aufwand etc.) würden daraus dann wahrscheinlich 10 Jahre, mit einer Reduzierung auf 5, wenn man (wegen Alter, Erkrankung etc.) in eine Risikogruppe fällt.
Das wäre sinnvoll. Ich wäre sofort dafür. Aber populistische Idioten (lies hier: die FDP) macht daraus dann eine Geschichte über Diskirmnierung von Rentnern für Rentnerstimmen.
Das ist das eigentlich Problem heute, das weit über dieses Thema hinausgeht. Populismus ist Gift (und das Framing der FDP hier dementsprechend eine Frechheit).
