Do something. Its illegal, but somebody has got to start suing them. Crowdfund and start, I'll be your first donor.

That's fraud and its illegal. What they do is color information which is not.

Well... It is a safety razor not a blade...

Rotating crops and rotating strips and the free choice to plant something else or flowers. Its just an incentive, not a communistic wonderland.

Glencoe? Scotland?

I like paying for a strip of land that it maintained for nature. That's a great use of taxes IMHO.

That has always been the case. Look at any angle Trump voter.

Tilling is not the problem. But you need to plant cover crops you can till under after a few months to help the soil recover and retain organic matter and moisture.

Tools make some work easier and or more efficient. Before prompts, you had tok google the exact words to google to find technical descriptions for what you wanted to read about. Now you just write "gimme explanation of home solar cells economics" and you get what required a few google prompts before.

Tool. Just like all the reflexively bubbly anti people here.

Anti car, anti ai, anti capitalism... Watching all the bubbles radicalizing themselves here is somewhat eye opening.

You keep confusing valid criticism with mob intelligence. Please start thinking critically instead of eating anything starting with "anti" with a big spoon. Valid criticism is a value add to a discussion and politics. What you do here is hiding from reality behind closed doors jerking each other off how the rest of the world doesn't know about reality while they move forward away from horses and towards cars.... If you like it or not.

We just had a thread about biopunk centered media, I would love a similar collection about movies and TV shows about solar punk. Here we go:

I really loved the show the peripheral. I know it's not really centered around solar punk per se, but it happens to be placed in a world where the main character goes from place to place in a solar charged e-bike.

What's your favorite show or movie set in a solar punk world?

Just started reading and I am already planning to switch over to extreme test driven development. We don't test nearly enough.

Whats your preferred development strategy? And comparably good sources you would recomment?

do you know hypothesis / quickcheck? (hypothesis.readthedocs.io)

We use this primarily for input generation for dialog tests.

Its a quickcheck implementation and found us quite alot of "weird" bugs. Like a not-exactly matching encoding of database and application.

Now we gained clean utf smileys in text fields m)

Highly recommend it.

This post is a little older, but I was surprised how many packages are timeless allstars. I use all of them except for

  • cors headers
  • extensions
  • storages
  • pytest
  • environ

Which do you use? And for what reasons? For example I need to look into pytest and determinw whats better about that than the natively used test framework.

First post in the new community,

Cheers!

Shiitake Grow set produced an unusually big mushroom instead of many small ones. Is this really shiitake? Based on my google foo it is highly likely.

Thanks
