Use an external drive plugged into your phone - then can export with the share menu.
The better option though is to plug your phone into your Mac and use the image capture app (probably need to use the search to find it - but it will already be on your Mac).
This allows you to copy the photos to any location and you can also choose to delete them after they’ve copied.
