I've stopped buying at MediaMarkt/Saturn long ago because of their non-existing customer service. I've had nothing but bad experiences everytime I have had to contact them.

That's not necessarily true. There has been DLC for Train Simulator (now classic) that got delisted and at some point no longer worked due to updates to the game and not to the DLC making it incompatible. Then at some point a new version got added as DLC which you had to buy again to get a working train. (8448 Big Boy and 6446 Challenger come to mind)

Really? I am never able to find emails that haven't been received on Fairemail or are quite old when using an Outlook and/or IMAP email address.
