I've heard it described as a contract instead of a paradox. You agree to be tolerant and get the benefit of being tolerated. Those that don't subscribe to the contract aren't covered by it.

"Germany wasn't created with the idea of ethnic supremacy, but it all went downhill (IE, is now supremecist). This was probably inevitable with the the Romania, Jews, and any other outgroups ruining the ethnic demographics of Germany. Unfortunately people like to tribalize themselves and you won't find much acceptance of the Nazi government from those condemned to the Warsaw ghetto that have been labeled subhuman vermin that need to be eradicated."

This is what your ass sounds like.

Compromise is fine. Do you think ethnic supremecist ideology is based in compromise? Definitionally it isn't.

Uh, the extremists are the ones that are stealing the homes and land of the people already living there. You can't negotiate with an entity that's sole mission is to dehumanize you to lebensraum the area. You can't both sides the modern nazi equivalent.

How did the country born as a colonial ethnostate that became an apartheid elect a guy that matches the national character and values?

Guess we'll never know.

If the government is so bad and incompetent, let it fall on its own instead of worsening the living conditions of regular people there. We're hurting the people, not the president.

Maybe just stop the blockade so the hospitals can function? This is strictly a result of US policy. You can nitpick the decision making around the edges all you like, but it's clear the main problem. If you don't see it, you are willingly blind.

The zionist project must be tiring. Should probably hang it up tbh.

... Because of carveouts on the blockade for private businesses.

That's a really good baby right there. Losing a cherished pet is the absolute worst.
