Not entirely. A lot of it is practical: both Ukraine and Israel serve a strategic purpose for the US.
It's just a generic word that keeps them from boxing themselves in. It includes: streaming a game, talking to your audience, reacting to funny videos, prewritten skits, karaoke, making music, interviewing someone, touring an area, etc.
At least Freddy Fatnuts is consistently streaming on twitch. And his next video is supposed to be 6+ hours.
