Also, no more karma. At least not in the Reddit sense.
My next phone is gonna be a Linux phone anyway.

WELL ACKTCHUALLY...
But jokes aside: How do you people break your Arch system so often? I'm on Arch since 2012 or so and it never really broke for me. Also, anyone who can read will be able to fix the ~1 time a year required manual intervention.
Arch is DIY, so you're supposed to know how to fix it.
Yes, adding them to /etc/fstab
will fix it. Since you're asking if this would be a solution, I guess that you know how to add drives to fstab. If you need assistance, though, let us know.
Lemmings sounds so much better, lol. Also, they're cute.
I used to be pretty active on Reddit and I kinda became more and more "sour" and unfriendly over there, because the whole community just dragged me down for some reason.
Here, it's like a breath of fresh air and most people are actually quite nice. Topics have finally become more interesting and there's no such thing as an echochamber. Critical thinking seems to be possible here, as well.
So yes, I became way more active again since I'm on Lemmy. Also, I host my own instance and I put a lot of effort into it, so I want it to be in good standing with other instances. Participating in friendly conversations will help with that.

Not sure what this vast collection of resources is that you’re pining over.
In that case, I was talking about Plebbit as a whole. Many search results for interesting queries still lead to Reddit.
That already exists. I personally think we should just continue where most of us left off on Reddit and don't bother about it.
That's baffling you? The majority of resources are on reddit right now and - unfortunately - people don't care to move elsewhere. They just want their links and answers to questions that have been asked and answered 10,000 times and that's it.
Again: Unfortunately.
On Mastodon, you follow people. On Lemmy, you follow communities. That's pretty much it. I personally don't dislike Mastodon (I use Pleroma instead), but I think, Lemmy and KBin are just so much more fun.
