I've got the benefit of nostalgia I guess, but I played through the original a few months ago for probably the fifth time in my life and still enjoyed myself. The main things that has aged is the ugly character models, this mod can improve those. Might want to look as some of these as well. You want to play through the original+crisis core first before the remake for... reasons.

you just keep repeating the same argument

There is only one argument. Whether or not this is discrimination. You just plainly say it isn't because "they [White people] aren't being treated differently" with absolutely no justification for that claim. How can you not see that's just plainly nonsense? There wouldn't be a controversy if that was the case. This article wouldn't exist if that was the case. I suspect you are confused because you are thinking "discrimination" is something else. Maybe English is your second language or something but I did post the definition....

Everything else you bring up about women's shelters and not being able to get a job and the "WhItE PeOpLe ArE sO OpPrEsSeD!" talking point are just red herrings that have no bearing on anything I said. I'm blocking you because I'm wasting my time replying to you spelling all this out, have a nice day.

Funny enough Yoshi P was the one that said turn-based was outdated and he's worked on DQ before but only the MMO, arcade games, Minecraft clone and a Wii FPS thing. I think it's pretty obvious he just doesn't like the genre. DQ11 was the breakthrough hit in the West and he had nothing to do with it.

What! You support Child Slavery?!

See, I can also make up imaginary strawman arguments. You reason like a five-year-old.

Final Fantasy moving away from turn-based because it's "outdated" is peak Square silliness. Have they ever heard of chess, card games, board games, DnD, Civilization, Persona, Dragon Quest, XCOM, Pokemon, Darkest Dungeon? If anything, DMC-style character action games are far more niche.

"They arent treated differently."

"They are just not allowed to access a certain space at a certain time"

That's called being treated differently... I really don't know what else to say.

Can they now not get a job because they couldnt access the space at that certain time?

Can a Cheetah run really fast? What relevance does that have to anything?

You act like there hasn't been a push for gender-neutral spaces for years now.

that's... the sole subject of the article.

the museum's decision to restrict white people from entering a small section of the display

Yeah I just use the web version of Office on the rare chance I need it, which is almost never.

The museum claims the objective is not to be discriminatory

discriminatory
"treating a person or group differently from other people, because of their race, gender, sexuality, etc."

Using the same chip is disappointing, but if they release a smaller model with OLED it will still have a lot of customers I bet.

Most desktop environments are really efficient at what they do and minimize the background resources they take. Just checked my system and GNOME takes ~350MBs RAM (~700MB including gnome-software) and literally 0.0% CPU, it's insane. I looked up Windows 11 and it seems like it can use up to 4 GBs (!) of RAM all by itself.
