From what I understand it's mostly been staff cuts, but they've not been the most transparent with budget related cuts. But definitely the staff cuts are the most damaging. Can't get much done without the experience and able hands all these employees provided, and the future effects of cutting so many people have yet to be realized. It's like a jenga tower. So many of those people were supporting different parts of their departments, and the damage their absence will cause is gonna be years to fully be known. I should say that of course this will effect all programs in those departments, to partially answer your question. The simple fact is that they're deliberately hiding the information you and the rest of us want in regards to hard numbers.

I had to go. It was a stipulation on the offence, at least where I lived at the time. It was just enough of a violation that I had to appear to receive judgment or whatever you might call it.
Also to note I hit the pole intentionally at speed. I was on new medication at the time and it kinda fucked me up. I guess I was trying to kill myself. Poor attempt, but I have trouble understanding my thinking during that time. Don't take Abilify if you're young if you can help it.
