How to reset 13Pro without losing apps and settings. and do you have a fix for any problems listed below? I had an excellent Applecare person but our call disconnected in c/apple@hardware.watch

Back up to iCloud. Reset and then restore last back up.

In NRC: Profile > Settings > Run settings > setup Apple Watch. Make sure you have 4 green ticks
