If they can find an "unbiased" jury, then the defense does indeed have a difficult challenge ahead. Even if the prosecution fails with their terrorism charge, they can fall back on murder 2, which is much harder to defend against.

An unfavorable view is still bias. The defense would reject any juror that shows significant malice towards the plaintiff.

I genuinely think that they'll have a hard time finding an impartial jury.... I think that at this point, pretty much anyone who doesn't live under a rock has heard of him and has an opinion on whether he should be found guilty.

Regardless of which way you fall on that particular topic, you're biased, and that would exclude you from serving on the jury.

I think it's a modification of "360 noscope" which is a gaming term for an unexpected change in a game stemming from fps games like counter strike. The term basically relates to a high skill/high luck shot usually involving a quick rotation and/or flick shot, where you didn't use the scope of the weapon to help improve accuracy, but made the shot anyways.

Basically saying it was a highly unlikely outcome...

The "nopost" which replaces "noscope" is probably their way of referencing the above while making it relevant to the context (a post).

I'll admit, the words, taken at face value, do not make a lot of sense. The entire thing relies on a general understanding of the 360 noscope meme.

That's fair, humans suck.

Source, I'm human and I suck (not literally).

Is entirely tidy, gay-er than moderately tidy?

That sucks.

I'm left leaning, aka a "lib" and I'm a fan of things that are anti-capitalist.

I think capitalism has outlived it's usefulness, just like religion did when we created modern criminal forensics.

At this point, we have so much in excess that if we did things in a reasonable and logical way, nobody would be homeless, nobody would go hungry.

The people with the power (money) don't want things to change, because they get to stay in power that way. The only way to oust them is to overthrow the system.

I used to have a lot of snitch tenancies. Boy did that die off quickly.

Now, unless you're posing a risk to life and limb for members of the public, I'm just going to keep moving.

I got my own problems.

That is a stunning lady.

People come in all shapes and sizes, and you're all unique and beautiful.

Be you, there's only one of you.

It's plain and simple. Clear as day.
